Original ideas that first came to mind after listening to the track included difference aspects of the video. Firstly location was an obvious factor to think about and my immediate thoughts were of a busy street in London or possibly in London undergrounds. I also had opposing thoughts to this and possibly and completely empty location like an open field or woodland may be effective in certain parts of the video. I also thought about the structure of the video and a narrative based one seemed more appropriate for the track but I may possibly do some research in to performance based videos of a similar genre and see if this could be included in certain parts of our video. The main character in our video will be one of ourselves and in relation to a girl involved I actually think it may be more effective not to include one and leave this character as more of a mystery which I think could be interesting after reading the tracks lyrics. It also means we wouldn’t have to rely on any one else apart from ourselves to shoot our video or about the quality of acting. It also means we could stay away from stereotypical and almost cheesy music videos and explore slightly different ideas.
i like the idea of a performance in a deserted remote area. i think the best would be an abandoned stage or cinema if possible? but like a really the idea of a dusty destered building?hall.
